After the Homeland One project, Mark began writing and producing programs for RFD-TV through Hot Shot Productions, where he traveled around the US creating thirty-minute programs about the cattle industry (The Cattle Show) and equine training and breeding (Horse Sense.) Both programs aired nationally at various times on the network.

Mark then relocated to Atlanta to begin executive producing  for FamilyNet, a new cable network based in Atlanta, where he created two nationally broadcast entertainment programs, including the daily theological satire Wretched with Todd Friel and the reality program The Wacky World of Bruce Barry  which won an Emmy® Award in 2010.

The Wacky World of Bruce Barry

In 2009, Mark created a new documentary-style reality show based on the owner of a unique business in Tampa, FL.  Bruce Barry's Wacky World Studios creates and builds "Disneyesque" spaces for kids to enjoy, all around the world. 13 episodes were shot in the summer and fall of 2009, with the first episode airing in November that year. The show won an Emmy® Award for "Outstanding Special News Program" in 2010.
